  • Cancellation policy

    We understand that travel plans can change, which is why we don't charge a fee for cancellations made up to 24 hours before departure.

  • Peak Hours

    Prices may change during peak hours (weekends and public holidays) due to demand and traffic. We will inform you of any adjustments at booking or when applicable.

  • Additional Pick-up / Drop-Off Point

    Each additional pick-up or drop-off point costs an extra RM30. There is no limit to the number of extra points you can add.

  • Waiting Time

    If the waiting time exceeds one hour, an additional charge of RM100 per hour will apply. Please provide your flight number so our driver can accurately track your flight details.
